Park Coffee operates as an online coffee store offering small-batch, locally roasted, and sustainably sourced products. These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our website.
1. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment must be completed at checkout using the available methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust fees if a mistake is made.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $50 (USD).
- We roast and ship all coffee fresh from our San Francisco roastery.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen delays; we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used coffee bags, gift cards, promotional items, or sale/clearance items.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be issued after providing a photo of the item.
- Exchanges are available for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

- We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Individual results (e.g., taste preference) may vary.
