Women-Grown, Community-Focused
Warmikuna means “women” in Quechua, one of Peru’s oldest languages—and this coffee lives up to its name. Grown by an inspiring collective of women farmers in the Junín region, this lot represents over a decade of dedication and growth. What started in 2010 with a small group of producers in the Volcafe Way program has evolved into a thriving network of 55 women who lead with quality, sustainability, and vision.
Rooted in Empowerment and Excellence
These women have not only mastered Volcafe Way agronomic practices, but also claimed their space as leaders in Peru’s specialty coffee landscape. Warmikuna is more than a name—it’s a testament to resilience, knowledge-sharing, and the power of community-driven coffee.
